Manisha Gambhir, senior director and technology architect at Marvell, was honored with the 2025 Rising Women in Semi award at the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA) Women in Semiconductor Hardware (WISH) conference.

The award recognizes women leaders who’ve made exceptional contributions to the field and had a notable impact the semiconductor industry. Manisha has dedicated over 16 years at Marvell, where she leads global teams delivering mass-production-ready mixed-signal IPs for breakthrough products.

Recently, Manisha has driven the development of key I/O technologies critical to AI and data center acceleration, delivering industry-leading IPs that drive customer engagement. Her leadership in SerDes IPs has achieved unmatched PPA gains, directly enabling 1.6T Ethernet with both electrical and optical connectivity. Currently, she holds 7 granted patents and 6 provisional patents.

In her acceptance speech, Manisha shared the following sentiment:
