Marvell to Present at the SG Cowen 31st Annual Fall Technology Conference

SG Cowen  to Webcast Presentation

Sunnyvale, California (August 28, 2003) –

Marvell®  (NASDAQ: MRVL), a technology leader in the development of extreme broadband communications and storage solutions, today announced that George Hervey, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is scheduled to present at the SG Cowen 31st Annual Fall Technology Conference in Boston, Massachusetts. The Company’s presentation will be made available to the public via audio webcast.

Mr. Hervey’s presentation will take place at 10:00 am EDT on Friday, September 5, 2003, at the Boston Marriott Copley Place, Boston, MA.

The webcast may be accessed from the Investor Events section of Marvell’s web site at www.marvell.com/investors. The replay of the webcast will be made available by SG Cowen within 24 hours of the presentation, and will be accessible until 5:00 pm PDT on September 12, 2003.
