Nishit Sahay

Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Nishit Sahay is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Marvell Technology. He is responsible for leading IT, the Data Office, and Enterprise AI, driving the company’s digital transformation strategy, strengthening its technology infrastructure, and enabling the deployment of advanced AI solutions.

Before to joining Marvell, Nishit served as a technology leader at Maxim Integrated, where he spearheaded digital transformation initiatives that streamlined operations and enhanced efficiency. Earlier in his career, he played a pivotal role in multiple transformation programs focused on business process optimization and technology integration, building deep expertise in aligning IT with enterprise growth strategies.

Nishit holds a Master of Science in Data Science from UC Berkeley, a Master’s in Technology Management from The Wharton School/SEAS, University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University.
