Gregg Morrison

Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Head of Global Tax

Gregg Morrison serves as Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Head of Global Tax at Marvell. In this role, Gregg is responsible for the company’s tax and treasury organizations, cash flows and investments, debt and capital raising, as well as implementing strategies to optimize the company’s financial position. He also oversees the company’s international tax structure and planning, financing and structuring for acquisitions, and compliance with tax laws, reporting and audits.

Prior to joining Marvell, Gregg was Treasurer and Vice President of Tax at MaxLinear, and before that was Vice President of Tax and Shareholder Services at Broadcom, where he led the tax organization for nearly two decades and held various other finance leadership roles over his tenure. Gregg began his career in public accounting and was a Senior Tax Consulting Manager at EY prior to joining Broadcom.

Gregg holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and is Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He graduated from the M.S. in Taxation Program at the University of New Haven and the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.
