Marvell Announces Integration of Ethernet Switches with Aricent ISS Software Stack

Best-in-Class Switching Platform to Deliver Fully Compatible Solution for Robust Ethernet Switch Designs

Las Vegas, Nevada (May 22, 2007) – arvell (NASDAQ: MRVL), the leader in storage, communications, and consumer silicon solutions, today announced that the Aricent Intelligent Switch Solution (ISS) advanced switching and routing system is being ported to the Marvell Prestera® and Link Street® Ethernet switches. The combined Marvell/Aricent solution is a comprehensive platform for Layer 2 switching that provides leading quality of service (QoS) and management capabilities, accelerating time-to-market for OEM designs.
