Gary Ignatin

Gary Ignatin is Marvell’s Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. In his role, he is responsible for leading corporate development, strategic growth initiatives and driving the long-term strategic planning process.
Prior to joining Marvell in 2017, Gary spent nearly a decade leading the corporate development group at Broadcom where he was responsible for all the company’s acquisition and investment activities. 在此之前，他担任 Broadcom 的副总裁和副总法律顾问，负责管理 Broadcom 数项业务的法律事务，并与客户、供应商及合作伙伴谈判达成大量协议。 再早些时候，Gary 曾在 Sony Pictures Entertainment 和 Latham & Watkins 律师事务所担任过一系列顾问职务。
